This meeting is for consultant psychiatrists in addiction to meet with each other and to interface with the NTA. It is held in Nottingham.

North Eastern Specialists in Addiction Group

This forum was set up by North East region addiction psychiatrists with the support of SCAN. The meeting is open to all North East, Yorkshire & Humber and East Midlands region consultant psychiatrists, specialist registrars, associate specialists, and staff grade doctors who work in a specialist NHS substance misuse service. The meeting provides the opportunity for addiction specialists to network and share good practice, and to discuss local and regional policy issues with each other, and with SCAN and the NTA. The chair is Dr Tom Carnwath. The forum is held every four months and runs from 12-4:30pm in Darlington.
